Customizing Scrollbar Colors (IE)
If you would like to change the colors of your web page's scrollbars, add
the following code between your <HEAD> and </HEAD> tags.

Change the text indicated in red
to your preferred colors.
If you would like to change the colors of your form scrollbars, add the following
code to your TEXTAREA code. You can also change the text color on your "submit"
and "reset" buttons as well.
